1- Maintain your annual periodic visits to your gynecologist for early detection of any abnormal cervical symptoms.

2- Have a pap smear test every two to three years (or as recommended by your gynecologist)
- It’s recommended for:
- Women between 21-29 years, should have a Pap smear test every 3 years.
- Women between 30-65 years, should have a Pap smear test every 5 years (preferred).
3- In case the result of pap smear test is abnormal, you should book an appointment with your Gynecologist as soon as possible, to check your condition to have a pathological test on the abnormal cervical tissue.
