CHG sponsors Galala Challenge bike race

Cleopatra Hospitals Group participated in sponsoring “Galala Challenge” for bicycles, which was held on Friday morning, October 22, and is the first challenge for a distance of 145 kilometers, organized by the Power Ride Company, under the auspices of the Ministry of Youth and Sports.

CHG provided medical care to “Galala Challenge”, by deploying a number of ambulances along the race track, which started at 6 am in front of the Ain Sukhna gates, to the New Galala, in order to deal with any emergency situation immediately.

The group also provided the contestants with a number of medical recommendations and advice before participating in the race through awareness and guidance by physiotherapy consultants to ensure that the race came out in the best medical form that preserves the health of the participants.

Within the framework of CHG role to support the sports sector in Egypt, the group provided mobile clinics for physiotherapy, to follow up the participants in the race, and to provide physiotherapy services to all contestants, immediately after the end of the race, with the participation of about 500 contestants, in the age group from 18 to 65 years.

On the other hand, Dr. Ahmed Ezz El-Din, CEO of Cleopatra Hospitals Group, stressed the group's keenness to participate in providing support for sport events, by providing medical care to the participants in those events, due to the group's distinguished medical services at a level of superior quality.
