Important Requirements; Patients or their referring companies must prepare and provide all necessary documentation in advance. Detailed medical reports should be sent via email to international@cleohc.com. Patients are required to receive vaccinations based on travel regulations, documented in a vaccination passport. Additionally, we communicate via email a complete treatment plan  with a breakdown of cost estimate for medical and non medical services prior to the onsite visit.
